To express our thanks to all the volunteers who contribute to 91 Community, we are adding an annual volunteer reward! The rules for this type of reward are applicable to all the volunteers in 91 International Community, including Painter, Journalist, Translator, Q&A Center member and Video Club member.

This reward comprises of two parts as below:

1. 91 Community anniversary reward

Distribution time: to be given out in June every year
Recipients: 91 International Community volunteers

Reward= a + b

a. Contribution reward:

Volunteers who submit 1-2 works, e.g. journalist submits 1-2 articles, painter submits 1-2 paintings, etc., and Q&A Center members who answer 100-200 questions each month will receive a half-year reward of 2 shells.
Volunteers who submit 3-4 works and Q&A members who answer 300-400 questions each month will receive a half-year reward of 3 shells.
And so forth.

b. Volunteer level-based reward

Level 1 volunteer will receive 1 Ice Shell, level 2 volunteer will receive 2 Ice Shell, and so forth.

2. New Year reward

Distribution time: to be given out in January each year
Recipients: 91 International Community volunteers

Reward= a + b

a. Contribution reward:

Volunteers who submit 1-2 works each month and Q&A Center members who answer 100-200 questions each month will receive a new-year reward of 8 shells.
Volunteers who submit 3 or more works and Q&A members who answer 300-400 questions each month will receive a new-year reward of 16 shells.

b. Volunteer level-based reward

Level 1 volunteer will receive 2 Ice Shell, level 2 volunteer will receive 4 Ice Shell, level 3 volunteer will receive 6 Ice Shell, and so forth.
