1. Work Ratings and Rating Standards: (Rating is based on the number of Thumbs received by the picture within the first week after being uploaded. After players' assessment during the first week, the official leader will grant the corresponding painter related reward.)

2. Painter Ratings and Promotion Steps: (What kind of works shall be deemed as qualified? Those in conformity with the content of any TQ game shall be deemed as qualified.)

| Junior | Painter shall present up to 3 qualified works with up to 50 Thumbs in total. | Painter shall be paid a fixed salary of 1 Shell and shall submit at least 2 works each month. |
| Intermediate | Painter shall present up to 10 qualified works with up to 150 Thumbs in total. | Painter shall be paid a fixed salary of 2 Shells and shall submit at least 2 works each month. |
| Senior | Painter shall present up to 20 qualified works with up to 300 Thumbs in total. | Painter shall be paid a fixed salary of 3 Shells and shall submit at least 2 works each month. |
| Special-grade | Painter shall present up to 30 qualified works with up to 500 Thumbs in total. | Painter shall be paid a fixed salary of 4 Shells and shall submit at least 2 works each month. |
| Honorary | Painter shall present up to 50 qualified works with up to 800 Thumbs in total. | Painter shall be paid a fixed salary of 5 Shells and shall submit at least 1 work each month. |
Painters who fail to reach the goal set in a specific month shall be demoted to the previous rating.
3. Rewards for Recommendation
Users will receive 1 Shell for each painter they successfully recommend as the member of 91 Painter Team. If the recommended painter is successfully promoted to Junior Painter within the first month after being recommended, the one who recommends him/her shall receive 0.5 Shell as a reward.
4. Total Rewards:
Total Rewards = Fixed Salary + Reward for Work Rating (Rating Standards) + Reward for Recommendation
