Volunteer Journalist Team Interview Rules

Definition
1. Volunteer Journalist Team: Volunteer Journalist Team was established on 25th, July, 2008. It belongs to TQ Digital and the Journalist Team leader is responsible for the daily management of the team. All the members of the Journalist Team are from TQ gamer base and the goal of the Journalist Team is to make gamers share their stories with others.
2. Interview journalist: One of the important functions of interview journalist is to do interviews with TQ gamers. The interview journalist shall search and do interviews with those gamers with unique features to let other gamers learn how they make achievement in game and to shorten the distance between the gamers.
3. The interviewee: As long as you are unique in a certain aspect, you'll have a chance to be interviewed.

Chapter 1 General Rules
1. The Rules are formulated in order to regulate and strengthen the management of the Journalist Team and create a good atmosphere for innovation so that journalists can integrate into the gamer base better and gamers can learn more about journalists.
2. The Rules are the basic principles for the Journalist Team to conduct interviews. All journalists, including probation journalists and formal journalists as well as guild members have to comply with the Rules. If any journalist violates the Rules, we shall be entitled to deduct his meritorious points. Severe violator will be dismissed from his position.
3. Interpretation right of the Journalist Team belongs to TQ Digital.

Chapter 2 Interview Rules
1. When conducting an interview, the journalist is not allowed to make personal abuse or do any other misconduct;
2. Please show your identity in a polite way before starting the interview. If the gamer does not believe in your identity, you can ask him to check out your information on the Journalist Team page or ask the Journalist Team leader to prove your identity;
3. The interview must be conducted on a voluntary basis. If the gamer does not want to take the interview, please do not impose him to do so. You have the freedom to do an interview, and the gamer also has the freedom to reject the interview;
4. If you think the interviewee has no unique features, please tell him the reasons in an euphemistical way;
5. When editing an interview, no journalist shall exaggerate the fact;
6. When doing an interview, no journalist shall send file to the interviewee or receive file from the interviewee;
7. At no time and under no circumstances should a journalist be entitled to solicit account, password and other personal information from the interviewee.

Chapter 3 Advices for Players
1. All jounalists are from TQ gamer base. Please respect the work of journalists. If you do not want to take the interview, please explain your reason(s) in a polite way. A harmonious gaming atmosphere depends on the efforts of all gamers;
2. If a journalist wishes to do an interview with you, you can visit the journalists'merit ranking on the main page of the Journalist Team to check out the informaiton of the journalist;
3. We cannot rule out the possibility that someone will impersonate the journalist. You can ask him to provide his nickname or other information, or contact the Journalist Team leader to make judgment for you;
4. If you want a journalist to do an interview with you, you can contact the Journalist Team leader. If you're worthy of an interview, the Journalist Team leader( jteam@tqdigital.com) will arrange an experienced journalist to do an interview with you. If the journalist thinks that the interview answers are totally not appealing, he will tell you the reason(s) why the interview is not to be published. Thanks for your understanding;
5. When taking an interview from the journalist, please do not receive file sent by the journalist and do not disclose your personal information, including account, password and so on, to the journalist.
