3. What types of problems can the Journalist Team's official MSN help solve?
The Journalist Team's official MSN can only be used to deal with issues relating to the Journalist Team. It can't solve other problems for you. If your account or equipment has been stolen or lost, you have to enter the Customer Service Center. Our Customer Service staff will offer you help.

4. Are there any requirements for joining the Journalist Team?
Everyone is welcome to apply for joining our Journalist Team. There is no limitation on age, education, sex or qualification. You can also join our Journalist Team as a guild.

5. I've got an article. How can I publish it?
All the articles written by journalists have to be reviewed by the Journalist Team leader. So just send your articles to the Journalist Team leader! There are two ways to submit an article: (1)Add Journalist Team's official MSN: jteam@tqdigital.com and send the article via MSN; (2)Directly send the articles to the Journalist Team's official email jteam@tqdigital.com.

6. How to take a screenshot in game?
Press F12 and the screenshot will be automatically saved in the screenshots sub directory under your TQ game directory.

7. I've submitted the article. How can I know whether my article has been adopted or not?
If you send the article through email or MSN, you'll receive a reply from us within three working days whether it has been adopted or not. If you haven't received any reply from us, please contact us via msn as soon as possible, because possibly we haven't received your article due to the internet problem. So remember, please do not delete your articles before receiving our reply.

8. When will the official MSN be available?
The official MSN will be available: 19:00pm-21:00pm and 22:30pm-02:30am (PDT) , Monday through Thursday (except holidays). If during the time slots, the official msn is not online or you get no reply, it could be that we're in meeting or we're busy. Please wait patiently for our reply. If within three working days, you still haven't received any reply, it could be that we haven't received your message due to the internet problem. Please resend the message again.

9. Does the journalist have any privileges?
Volunteer Journalist Team is established so that gamers can communicate more conveniently. All the articles are written by the journalist themselves and can only represent the opinions and views of the journalists. All the journalists are from gamer base and will serve gamers. They have no privileges except that they can publish articles and participate in the events organized by the Journalist Team.

10. What if someone claims that he is a journalist from 91 Community and solicit something from me?
All the journalists are selected from gamers. They are not official staff! Except from publishing articles on 91 Community site and participating in the events organized by the Journalist Team, the journalists are not allowed to solicit account, password or any other in-game item from the gamers. Their personal activities shall have nothing to do with the Journalist Team. Gamers, please enhance alertness. We will not indemnify you for any loss arising from such activities.

11. I'm a hardcore player in the game and I hope you can do an interview with me. How can I proceed?

12. How can I get my game card reward after becoming a journalist?
After joining the Journalist Team, a journalist or guild will receive merit points as a reward when publishing articlse or images or participating in team events. If his merit points reach 200 points in a month or accumulate to 400 points in total, he will receive game card reward! 13. I want to get my reward, but I'm afraid my account will be leaked? What can I do?
The official staff will never leak your account information. You can create a secondary account and use it to receive prize, if you still can't rest assured.
