In part 2 of my guide, I will share with you the tips of Sub and Ini composes. Both work almost the same so I'll combine them together. The purpose of Sub and Ini composes are to increase your main pet's Sub and Ini attribute.

The pet's Sub and Ini attribute can be found by doubly clicking your pet's icon on the pet interface window. For example, my super mage pet Sub attributes are: Patk, HP. The Sub attributes varies among different types of pets. From the same pet interface window, you can also check the Ini attributes: Ini HP, Ini min/max attack, Ini min/max m-attack, Ini def, and Ini m-def. (For those of you who don't know, m stands for magical so m-def=magical defense).

In order to use Sub/Ini compose, you need to find a minor pet who's one of the Sub/Ini attribute must be higher than your main pet. For normal pets such as warrior rex, mazu, Pandora, etc, both main and minor pets must be the same type. For example, my main pet is a Pandora and has Ini HP of 226. If I find a minor pet also a Pandora and has Ini HP of 240. Then I can Ini compose my main pet with the minor pet. To do so, go to Pet Composing again, click initial evolve and place the main pet on the main slot, minor pet on the minor slot then click yes.

After Ini compose, the main pet's Ini HP attribute should increase. The number of points increased varies as well, the bigger the difference between your main pet and minor pet attribute, the more points it will add. The number of star mark points also varies; usually more than regular main compose. For super pets: Monkey, Andy, Teddy, and Strawman, they can use water droplette or water elf to Ini or Sub compose with as well.

The same instruction applies to Sub composes. Other Sub attributes such as HP.GrowthRate, Pdef.GrowthRate can be found by double clicking on your pet's crown. An extra window will appeared on the left side of your pet's interface window. Here, it displays the ranking of your pet in every category of attribute. Once again, your minor pet's one of the Sub attribute must be higher than your main pet's Sub attribute in order to Sub compose them. For example, my main Pandora's HP.GRowthRate is rank No.50, if I find another Pandora that is rank above 50, such as rank No. 3, I can Sub compose them together.

Tips from Yanzi: many players tend to use Sub or Ini composes in the early stage of their main pet to gain star mark faster. However, my advice is to wait till your main pet gets to higher star mark (preferably 30 stars up). There are two reasons why I suggested that. First, during the early stage of your main pet (below 20 stars), you can get many points using normal compose (above 6 star mark points per compose). If you use Sub/Ini compose let's say you gain 30 star mark points then it only saves you 5 main composes. In the other hand, if your Main pet is 40*, it gets 2 points per normal compose, then it will saves you 20 main composes!! The amount of points you get from Sub/Ini compose doesn't not depend on the star mark of your help (unlike normal compose). So keep all the high ranking minor pets with you and wait till your main pet gets to higher star marks.

Second, based on my experience (not written anywhere in CT website), I think that the higher the attributes of your main pet, it will require higher star mark as minor pet much sooner. Remember that there is star mark requirement for main compose such as 280 star marks, 480, 600, 800, 1200 (refer to Part I). For example, pets usually require 600 or 6* minor when the main pet gets to around 35*. If you keep Sub/Ini composing your main pet in the early stage, to make most of the attribute rank No. 1, then your main pet might require 6* minor to compose with when the pet is only at 30*. Whereas other player's same type of pet and also 30* still can use 480 or 4* minor to main compose. That's one of the reason why some players asked me, how come my pet still can use 8* to main compose with while their pet required 12* already when our pets star mark is the same. I usually keep all the high ranking minors till I only get 1-3 star mark points per main compose and then use Sub/Ini compose. Good luck!
