20 years old bobby aka Bondons is an upcoming natural bodybuilder. He's a big inspiration especially to the younger crowd in the bodybuilding world. The message he wants to give is clear to his bodybuilding buddys, "Bodybuilding is supposed to be fun. We do it to challenge ourselves and because we enjoy it, not to become the next big thing and compete and win every show we enter." But apart from his bodybuilding lifestyle he loves to play MMORPGs ones most notable are, Conquer Online. So I took the time to sit down with Bobby and talk to him about his lifestyle and gaming:

Ryoukai: What's your favourite thing about Conquer Online?

Bondons: The reason I love Conquer Online is because of the player VS players, I love it, especially Trojan vs Trojan. I'm a Fast Blader.

Ryoukai: Hehe, ok. So how did you get started with bodybuilding?

Bondons: I decided to take a weight training class at my high school. I stepped foot in the weight room for the first time at 5′11 and only 135lbs at almost 18 years old. I bulked up (A term widely used in the bodybuilding sport for "To gain weight") a little bit during the semester and continued to train after the class was over. After awhile I decided I might as well win a trophy or two for all the hard work. I started researching bodybuilding online and fell in love. Nothing has ever challenged me physically or mentally as much as bodybuilding has.

Ryoukai: Well, in a bodybuilding, what does competing mean?

Bondons: A competition, were you are judged on your physique and overall body definition.

Ryoukai: Oh, so what is the youngest age you can start competing at?

Bondons: I would imagine 13 years old is the youngest you can compete. I don't know of any classes for people younger than teenagers.

Ryoukai: What steps do you need to take in order to compete?
