You have heard it all the time in trades: "I want this item for Zero Points!" "ZPs for short!", but what are Zero Points?

Zero Points are the main currency in Zero Online. But I thought gold was the main currency which many people would argue. Sadly it is not. Gold is dropped by monsters and can be easily accumulated. Gold is used to repair items, teleport to different maps, buy items from the NPC, buy items from other players in need of gold, and to donate to Zero Online. However with ZPs you can do much more than that. There are countless uses for ZPs. Here is a short list of the ways ZPs are used:

1. The most important is that you could buy items from other players in the market.
2. Play the Lottery, which can potentially grant you valuable items like ultra equipment.
3. Change the appearance of you A.R.Ms. (if you have any)
4. Upgrade your potency and experience module which is used for overhaul.
5. Buy all items from the ZP mall. (except for gold, Chomsky atoms, and red stars)

As anyone can see, ZPs are much more valuable than gold. Many players like me for example just never seem to have enough ZPs. One thought that comes across my mind when I see all the high levels is, "How in the world did they get all that ZP?"

Usually high level players buy ZP from the TQ website, but many players can't or don't want to spend real money for a virtual game. TQ Point Card A's which gives 680 ZPs costs $7.99 USD while a TQ Point Card B gives 1380 ZPs and costs $15.99. The BULK pack costs $340 USD and gives you 25 TQ Point Card B's which is equal to 34,500 ZPs. Keep in mind that one piece of +0 ultra equipment costs approximately 2,000 ZPs. So the cost on your credit card bill can add up and cost you a hefty chunk of money that you saved for a rainy day. It seems unfair to some players who cannot charge money to buy ultra equipment and are faced with getting ZPs in-game in a slow and grueling process while everyone around them suits up in shiny sparkling equipment that hurts your eyes when you look at them and fills your eyes with green jealousy. Here are a few tips on how to acquire ZPs without spending a dime.

1. Collect Polymeric Crystals: (Polys for short) instead of spending them on upgrading your C.A.P.

2. Instead of lowering the crystal requirement for upgrading your C.A.P, you can save the crystals. Many players choose not to do this because they will have to grind longer for crystals, but grinding longer will yield more polys.

Poly-60 = 3 ZPs
Poly-70 = 9 ZPs
Poly-80 = 27-33 ZPs
Poly-90= 81-98 ZPs
Poly-100= 290-310 ZPs
