[EO]Tips for the New Players

Welcome to Eudemons Online! Here is a guide that may help you as you start out in EO.

1. Server Selection:

While choosing a server, remember to choose one that fits your internet connection. If you have a slow internet connection and may disconnect a lot, try to avoid the high traffic servers such as New York, Las Vegas/Los Angeles, and Toronto/Sydney. If you have a fast internet connection, try playing the high traffic servers. They may be better for finding mentors, legions, and friends.

2. Character Creation:

2.1 Class

Choosing the right class for you may be difficult. Warriors and mages are good for first time players. Their best skills are pretty simple to acquire, the exceptions being "Chain Chop", "Flying Chop", and tornado. Paladins can take a while to master, especially when it comes to fighting, but with practice (and the right Eudemon) they can become a fun and successful character to play.

2.2 Name

Really there is only one tip, an offensive, sexiest, etc. name will get you a lot of enemies. Be careful what you name yourself, it sticks with you!

3. Getting Started

When starting out in the game, it's good to find a mentor. Finding a good mentor can be difficult. If you are at the low levels, it's better to find a mentor who will actively help you in your leveling. Once you get to the higher levels, roughly level 70, is when it is good to get a high level mentor. It's best to find a combination of the two.
