Old Woman: you should have taken more time before you asked your question, but since that is the one you want answered I will accommodate you the best I can. It began years ago when the land was in better times. There was a very inexperienced king who believed in his high chief sorcerer. He believed in him because his father before him had believed in this wizard. You see he was not a mage, a mage uses mana(magic) for combat while a wizard or sorcerer can do many more things then just fight. Little did this king know that his father's death was due to a spell that was put on him by said sorcerer. The spell was not detectable at the kings death due to the fact the spell was cast years in advance; it is a very rare slow acting poison. When the king died the sorcerer convinced the new king that his kingdom will be over thrown. You see the kings' son was the last of the blood line; he had not had a wife or an heir yet. He had no children and no cousins or any other blood relatives. This was so because the sorcerer had previously convinced the father to kill them all, and he did this believing they were the reason he was growing sick. So after he passed away his son was the only one left to run the kingdom. This son of his was never educated in the ways of a king and had to totally depend on the sorcerer for guidance. The son had a good heart but was easily led astray, by request of the sorcerer he had began to terrorize the people of the land. He had no idea that was the out come of his orders in which he had given his soldiers. At this time there was a man who had great influence among the people. He gave all that he had inherited and worked for to the people of his and other lands, which were financially raped by the miss guided actions of the king. That is a story for another time due to it is not what you asked, but the last act of this sorcerer was to have the man hunted down to be killed. The soldiers were not successful, and the sorcerer was banished from the kingdom.  He had look into the future and already had known many of these things would happen, and had his apprentice set up to replace him and chief consort to the king. He then hid in the shadows and gave orders to his apprentice who now acts without the kings orders due to the gravity of the horrible conditions the people of this land live in. The sorcerer is Mangus or as you know him Okei, who from my visions I can tell he looks nothing as he use to.

Accompliz: So what is he planning?
Old Woman: You only get one question answered. Come back in a year I will answer another one. By that time you will know what question you should have asked me this time. Let's hope you choose better then.

Accompliz stands there for a brief time then turns and walks off into the distance.                      

Back in Falutta Lalo wakes from her unconscious sleep and find her in a bed inside of a huge bedroom. She is out of her clothes that she last remembers wearing and is dressed in night wear attire. She put her feet on the cold floor which chills her feet to the bone. She can see out of the window and it is nighttime, she wonders how long has she been out. Has it been hours? Has it been days? Is she dreaming now? She try's to walk to the closet but she can only stagger in a drunken stupor. Her head is feeling light and her legs are heavy, she figures she was drugged with something. With in clear vision she makes it to the closet, it is unlocked. When she looks inside the closet all of her things are there including her weapons. She has trouble changing clothes but she succeeds after about twenty minutes. She finds her way to the door and opens it, she peeks out to the hallway there is no one out there. She tries to sneak down the corridor but she is so wasted she stumbles into everything, and knocks everything over not nailed down. As Lalo rounds every corner she is sure someone will jump out from the shadows and accost her. At the end of one of the hallways she can see a light and hear music she goes toward it. When she gets to the door way of the brightly lit room she peeks into it and can see. It is a huge hall with tables and many people sitting laughing and joking, she can see Capheriona. She walks in at first she is unnoticed, then everyone stares and the music stops. She walks over to the table Capheriona is sitting at.
