[CT]Interesting GM Live Support

Last November, 17, 2008 a newly patched thing in CT very cool to know is GM Live Support. Unlike other TQ live support program CT I guess has a very unique one. An online GM is assigned to log on from 18:00~20:00 and 22:00~2:00 PST every day.

Forum notice:
An answer to a request from various active players CT11 [GM] is online at the given time. She's like a normal player standing in the given place (market warehouse or changan near the NPC's) She is open to all questions related to the game you can talk to her and discuss many things as you like. She answers them very well and informatively. But I wonder how could a single person answers so many questions at a time. Is she not having complications on entertaining every player who ask for help? I wonder why cause surely there are lots of annoying persons who's nothing to do but to disturb her and ask for nonsense things as if she's GM. Some asking for pets, gears and TPs which supposed not to be asked to her. So how does CT11 [GM] manage to overcome those annoying one and continuously help lots of people with different problem at a time without delays? I noticed when we are talking its real quick replies not unless she says wait a sec brb etc.

But then GM CT Live Support is very useful and real quick help from the management into the game. SO if there are doubts in your mind about the game, come and play CT and see CT11 [GM] live helping you out and experience truly live support from CT management.
