About reporting to get rewards:
Administrators will review players' questions/answers every day. Any question/answer found cheating will be deleted right away. If the information reported has been deleted by the administrator when he/she reviews, no rewards will be granted to the related reporter.

About banning accounts:
Banning accounts means that, players who gain large amounts of points by cheating or spamming etc. and seriously affect the atmosphere in 91 Q&A Center will be punished with their accounts locked. Once locked, the accounts will be unable to log into 91 Q&A Center or make use of the points earned in 91 Q&A Center, but can still access other 91 channels and games.
