Chapter 1: The end of the elves

The sun shined greatly on a day in late July, The elves played merrily amongst the eudemons of the city, the elves and eudemons lived happily one along side the other. I was a young elf by the name of Salzamar Running through the streets I yelled as my friends chased me in a game of hide and seek...
Little did this peaceful hidden village know that an impending doom drew upon their people.

The year that followed had no brilliant sun, had no laughter of children filling the streets, an army of humans approached the city, to exterminate the whole elf race. I was now considered a young man even tho but one year had passed, elves grow fully within the first 17 years of their life and then seem to cease for they live for whats considered the end of time.

The village, fortified by the dense trees and the elf magic was a formidable opponent, as for the army of human mages and warriors alike, they came from the north west from the newly built city of cronus. Hundreds of thousands of them, bent on destroying the elves... they're reason still unknown.

The battle horn rang out and to the front lines large rams where brought to destroy the gate.
The spells being cast back and forth between the offenders and attackers, blades screeching as they struck, the gate crumbled and the enemies pouring in it started looking horrible for the elves. The enemies pushed through the defense with ease, a once great village left in ruins, but a handful of elves had ran off, and where to be killed on sight.
The souls of the elves, still immortal, bent on revenge to kill humans, grew into powerful monsters on a distant island known as Lostland.
